Nina has over 15 years of public accounting experience.  She focuses primarily on tax planning, business consulting and tax compliance services for high net worth individuals and their businesses, families, and related tax planning vehicles.  Her client experience includes real estate leasing and development firms, residential and commercial construction firms, law firms, manufacturing companies, artists, art dealers, and professional service companies. 

Prior to entering public accounting, Nina worked in the private industry as the controller for a closely held, highly lucrative construction company.

Nina holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business with an emphasis on Accounting from California State University East Bay (formerly Hayward).  She is a member of the California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts.
